The name’s Lia, or you can call me mate, whichever works. I’m a chronically tired professional animator. My webcomic primarily centres around an arrogant robot and a very stubborn woman, but there’s a reason for that. As the comic goes on, Botch will fall into more of a caring son role as Edith steps up to be the mother figure in his life. This is because it’s based on my experiences with my own family, primarily consisting of very strong mother figures. And I mean very strong. I think I would sooner die than cross them. The story is meant to be a celebration of them, and to tell a story that focuses on a found family aspect.
